Ø METHOD
1.
Take the
materials we are going to use.
2.
Weight 5,00g g
of tobacco in a beaker
3.
Mash the sample
with the mortar.
4.
Add 150 mL of
distil water and shake it with a stirring rod during 15 minutes.
5.
When no more of
the solute is able to be dissolved, put the mixture into the magnetic stirrer.
6.
When the
solution is finished, prepare 6 bacteria cultures in 6 Erlenmeyer flasks.
Using this method:
a)
We took 2mm of
the solution and we put it in each of the cuvettes, we need 7 of them.
b)
Knowing that
each of the solutions have different quantities of bacteria, we introduced each
of them in the spectrometer to see the amount of bacteria each of them have.
c)
We do these
steps with the 7 different solutions we have.
7.
Compare the
effect produced in the six cultures by the cigarette solution and write down
any relevant data or information.
